Once confirmation of payment has been received from Paypal, your pass details will be set up and then emailed to you using the email address used for your Paypal payment.
 
Passwords are normally emailed within 24-48 hours of confirmation being received.
 
However during holiday or busy periods, passwords may take up to 7 days to send. If you have not received your pass details within 10 days please email support@nylonsue.com.
